Terra X: Wild planet

when the Earth runs riot

Earthquakes, volcanoes and storms: since time immemorial, our planet has been at the mercy of these natural phenomena. They destroy, kill, annihilate. But they also give life, they create new land and make soil fertile. We experience them both as fascinating natural spectacles and perfidious threats. What makes them most dangerous is their unpredictability. And something few people know is that the three natural phenomena influence each other. Although the relationship between earthquakes and volcanism has not yet been extensively researched, many observations indicate there is a connection. However, a completely new discovery has been made by geophysicist Shimon Wdowinski of the University of Miami: he has proven that storms can cause huge earthquakes.
