Is AI taking our jobs? During ZDF’s special week, Christian Sievers discusses the issue live from Berlin with politicians, experts, and members of the public.
The development of artificial intelligence amazes many people: For some, it offers hope for alleviating problems like the shortage of skilled workers and excessive bureaucracy; for others, it represents competition in the job market. After all, AI can take on more and more tasks. Will my job disappear in the future? What do I need to do to be prepared for the future? And where are AI and humans already working hand in hand? On the show “On the pulse – Germany debates,” people who are connected live from their living rooms to the studio share their experiences, ask questions of politicians and experts, and discuss solutions. Throughout the show, they also have the opportunity to react immediately to statements and ideas using emojis.
