Young people born in 2001 or later were able to apply for the special edition in a nationwide casting call and suggest books that they think are particularly suitable to be read at this time.
The editorial team has selected three young literature enthusiasts to present their books in front of the camera and discuss them with each other. They are: Sarah Akinsol, 21, student, who brings the book by Kacen Callender “Felix Ever After“, the student Conrad Henzler, 16, who presents Sibylle Berg‘s novel “GRM – Brainfuck” and the 17-year-old student Luca Siller, who presents the novel by Benedict Wells “Hard Land“. Host and moderator Thea Dorn has also made her choice and discusses the classic “The Stranger” by Albert Camus with her young guests.
