Germany’s biggest trial against right-wing extremists comes to an end after more than five years. As the trial verdict is delivered, the documentary shows the different perspectives of the perpetrators and the victims. Around 35,000 pages from the legal files were evaluated. Among them were observation reports, interrogations, police reports and telephone surveillance records. They provide evidence of structures that have remained largely undisclosed in the case until today. The film negotiates the minefield of contradictory information and suggests the NSU was not a small isolated terrorist cell.
