Chemistry is a fantastic magic show. And it is the subject and passion of Dr. Mai-Thi Nguyen-Kim. She takes the Terra X viewers on a journey through the history of science. There, as a time traveler, she meets the great explorers such as Justus von Liebig, Antoine de Lavoisier or Hennig Brand – portrayed by actor and comedian Michael Kessler. It’s all a bit strange – but ultimately no stranger than all the varieties of chemistry that have been shaping our universe since the Big Bang.
